About Our Chef
The career of Mr. Nithyananda
began in 2001 with his enrolment
in Hospitality Course 2001 and
started gaining knowledge about
Hospitality and F&B. After
finishing his Hospitality
studies in 2004, he joined
Residency Towers, Chennai, and
officially started contributing
to the food and beverage
industry.
Since 2005, he has explored and
developed his dexterity with
various foreign cuisines while
working at prominent global
hotel brands like Radisson and
Accor Group. In the time period
2006-09, he has served as a chef
in world-famous Accor Hotel
properties like Accor (South
Africa), Accor (Bahrain) & Accor
(Dubai).
After learning about various
aspects of the f&b industry, Mr.
Nithyananda started his own cafe
Chef's Paradise in 2011, with a
seating capacity of over 100
people. Since then, we have been
offering a homely dining
experience to our customers. In
the following years, we made our
way into the list of best cafes
in Chennai.
